General Policies

Cancellation:

Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of travel time. Changes made within 48 hours of travel will result in $10 change fee.

Payment:

Seats are not guaranteed until they are paid in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash at our office at 1680 Martin Lane. You may hold the reservation with Visa or Mastercard by calling the office directly and then pay the driver cash. We do not accept personal checks. Please have correct change for payment.

Delays:

We make our best effort to get passengers to their destinations at the scheduled arrival time. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, road/traffic conditions, mechanical failure or conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising from a delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights and/or travel connections are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Mountain States Express reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Mountain States Exoress does not have representatives on site at any of its pick up locations or airports. Please call us at 1-800-652-9510 if there are any problems.
